And into Thamud, their brother Swalih; he said: “Oh my people! You serve Lord Allah, you have no deity besides Him, He has produced you from the earth and settled you in it, so you seek forgiveness from Him and then repent into Him, indeed my Lord is closer and responding”.
Adhikr is described as the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the human soul in verse 7:26. However, those who read the Arabic Quran but reject Adhikr have made rejecting Adhikr their sustenance. They are divided into different groups and have become Mushriks. Their evil thoughts about the Lord will lead to evil consequences; they have incurred the Lord’s wrath and curse, and Hell is prepared as their ultimate destination, as explained in verses 9:5 and 28.
Verse 39:3 states: “Know that to Allah belongs the sincere way of life, while those who take patrons besides Him say: ‘We are only serving them so that they may bring us closer to Allah’; indeed, Allah will judge among them regarding what they differ about. Indeed, Allah does not guide the lying disbelievers.” The hypocrites, by forgetting the Lord’s Book Adhikr, are fabricating lies about the Lord and Islam, thus rejecting the guidance of verses 9:32-33.
Believers from the time of Adam to the Last Day are part of the Lord’s party, whereas the Fujjar are part of Satan’s party, as explained in verses 4:150-151. The Spirit, which includes the soul and life of all creatures, is from Lord Allah, as explained in verse 8:24.
